From architecture
to IT infrastructure

I came to IT from a background in architecture — which means I think in systems, plan under constraints, and translate technical complexity into clear communication. After 3+ years in IT support roles, I'm now at Haaga-Helia deepening that foundation in cloud and infrastructure.

I'm known for a service-minded attitude, systematic troubleshooting, and documentation you can actually rely on. Comfortable across Mac, Windows, and Linux environments.
